The location is enviable, on the edge of a charming French village yet within easy reach of local airports. It is the ideal base for nature lovers, with the spectacular mountains of the National Park nearby. There are good amenities close by, and the beaches are only 20 minutes away.

ABOUT SAINT GENIES AND AREA
The villa is a short 5 minute walk from the centre which boasts a baker, grocery shop, newsagent and a bar/café. There are two large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Situated in the heart of the wine producing region there is much opportunity for wine tasting (the nearest being 50 meters from the front door!). There are also many good value and gourmet restaurants nearby.
Away from St Genies, the historic centre’s of Agde, Beziers, Nimes, Narbonne and Carcassonne are within easy reach and worth a visit while the bustling city of Montpellier is a 45 minute drive.
SUN, SEA AND SPORT
St Genies is a 20 minutes drive away from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. A little inland is the beautiful Languedoc Nature Park, where activities include lake and river swimming, canoeing, horse riding, cycling, rambling and bird watching, all in spectacular surroundings. Golf and tennis are also available.
