Accommodation Our 300 year old winery (Vigneron) of 125 m2 is situated in the stunning South of France in an unspoilt little town kept free of tourists and midway between Nimes and the Mediterranean. This lovely old town house dating back to 1700, with thick stone walls, 3 meter ceilings, is located centrally in the old part of the town and thus in walking distance to all necessities. The house has been lovingly updated for today's standard. The house has 6 beds divided into 3 great rooms, including a master bedroom with fireplace. There are two toilets, bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower. Cosy lounge with 100-year old beautiful tiles, fireplace, TV, etc. Very large dining kitchen with all machines and double doors to the enclosed garden/courtyard where the Roman staircase leads straight down into the brand-new pool. Your car can be parked in the large garage of 70 m2, with washing machine and bicycles. Detailed Description The house is kept in bright colors with floors in a mix of tiles, some with hundred years old beautiful tiles. The house contains a large open kitchen of 40m2 with direct access to the garden. In the ground floor you also find the cozy living room with a marble fireplace. Furthermore, toilet, hall and staircase to the first floor. At the first floor: Master bedroom of 25m2 and furthermore two good bedrooms. A total of 6 good beds, all rooms are equipped with very good beds and mattresses. Furthermore bathroom with toilet and tub/shower. The house contains a total of 125m2. (By agreement rental could be arranged with more beds.) Between the garden and the road - and with a port for both road and garden - is the large garage of 70m2, where the laundry department is located. The garage provides space for a car, - if you do not want to park on the street where you can park free and hassle-free just in front of the house. In the garage are also 4 bikes that can be borrowed if returned in same condition. The facilities are in very good condition with newer plumbing and electricity, heating, etc. Amenities include TV, DVD, radio, gas stove/oven (city gas), refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washer, dryer and more. There is wireless internet. ![]() Shaded patio by swimming pool Garden The 300m2 of land is sheltered between old stone walls. The enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the sun and avoid it in the covered terrace of 25m2 with tiled floor or in another shady place in the garden. It is also possible to take a dip in the brand new and gorgeous pool (3m x 6m) with Roman steps and soft Italian marble flooring. |
