Le Ban Thai, Sigean, Aude, Languedoc

It was a lovely surprise to find a hot finely cooked meal at Sigean, near Narbonne, and Perpignan. The hosts were charming, the salad fresh, the nem excellent, and the variety of dishes exciting and delicious, and well worth the trip out of Narbonne and Perpignan. Has a great take away service too!
