From: kieron wood Date: Tue, 29 Sep 2009 15:36:04 +0100 To: restaurants@le-guide.com Subject: Restaurant I’m just back from a few weeks in Aude and discovered a new restaurant in Lezignan les Corbieres called En Catimini. You can Google it for further details of location etc. It’s run by a family, with the father organising the winelist, the English-speaking daughter serving and the mother cooking (in a kitchen which can be seen through the front window from the street, which is a sign of a confident chef!) It’s quite small, but with very modern décor, on two floors. Very imaginative menu, with fixed-price or a la carte meals and thoughtful winelist. Nice clean toilets too! I have no link to it, but we ate there three times and recommended it to friends who live locally and they’re regular patrons now too.
