ACCESS
Gruissan Plage, is a 2 minute drive from the village of Gruissan, with its Marina, shops, restaurant, entertainment complex, as the old village with its ruined castle.
Narbonne, 15 minutes away, has a SNCF railway station with TGV connections to Paris, London, Barcelona. The Autoroute exits are 15 minutes from the rental. International airports: Beziers/Cap d'Agde (30 mins), Carcassonne (55 mins), Perpignan(50 mins), Montpellier (75 mins), Toulouse (100 mins), Barcelona- Gerona (100 mins). Ryanair, EasyJet, Airfrance, BmiBaby, Berlinair, are just some of the airlines that go to these airports.
The chalet holiday rental is built in the quintissential design of the other distintive chalet properties in Gruissan Plage, with a large sun deck on its first floor, straddiling high above the ground floor access. The deck terrace is perfect for sun bathing, outside dining, and enjoying the evening of starry skies and the sounds of sea and nature.
There is plenty of parking at the house, or very close. From the entrance stairs go up to a large living dining area, with american style kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 seperate WCs. Glass doors open onto the magnificent terrace with panoramic sea views.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooking hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, sinks, microwave, freezer. There is also a washing machine, with ironing board, and iron in a utility room.
The open living dining area with high ceilings is open and airy. There is a dining table to seat 8, as well as sofas and comfortable seating, with a television and entertainment center. Sliding glass doors open onto the large outside terrace where there is a dining table for up to 10 persons, as well as sun beds, chairs, and additional sofas to enjoy the views and sun.
Double bedroom
There are 4 bedrooms. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with a child's cot), and a bedroom with single bed and dressing room.
The holiday rental includes also 2 bathrooms, both with shower and washbasin, and 2 seperate WCs.
Bed Linens and towels are included - though clients are asked to bring their own beach towels.

La Plage holiday rental iis situated in Gruissan Plage, on the Mediterranean, a thriving fishing village and seaside resort on the edge of the nature reserve of La Clape. Here everything to make your holiday enjoyable is within easy reacH - the beautiful sandy beaches, where you can swim to your hearts content or bronze in the sun. Wind-surfing, sand-yachting, go-carting, horse riding and fishing are activities which can be enjoyed.. Numerous shops such as grocery store, newsagent, bakery, butcher, bars and restaurants, can all be found in Gruissan Plage and Gruissan village. The heart of the old town of Gruissan is a most interesting "circulade", formerly a fortified village, built on a concentric pattern around the ruined tower atop of the hill. Around the port and marina you find lot of restaurants, which specialise in fish cookery. The salt pans, with their mountains of sea salt glistening in the sun, are only a short drive outside the village and well worth a visit.
The "Massif de la Clape" is a dedicated nature reserve, where you can explore nature and go for wonderful walks. The hills dominate the view inland and create a natural barrier between the costal region and the plain inland. The Clape area is also famous for it's wines, which you can taste and buy directly at the cellars of the growers. A little further away is Narbonne, with it's impressive unfinished cathedral, the old archbishop's palace and archaeological reminders of the towns history during Roman times. This vibrant town has a number of excellent markets, and is a perfect place for soaking up Mediterranean culture.

Situated 15 kms from Narbonne, and 20 minutes from the motorway exit. TGV at Narbonne station - 4.5 hours to Paris, 1.5 hours to Toulouse.
