Large old village house set over 3 levels situated in the centre of the old village. Sleeps up to 8.
1 x large attic bedroom (2 single beds) with adjoining ensuite bath, and walk in shower with separate toilet.
This room is accessed via private stairs from a good sized separate study room with one single day bed
2 x double bedrooms each with a double bed
Ironing/Dressing room.
Shower Room with washing machine and toilet.
Large well equipped modern kitchen with modern appliances inc. dishwasher/fridge/freezer. Large wood burning stove set into open fireplace in kitchen - ideal for winter lets, and very cosy! Logs charged separately.

Roquebrun is a working 'wine' village with a thriving domestic and international summer tourist season.
The village is set against the stunning back drop of mountains with the river Orb running close to its edge. The characterful old houses of the village seem to tumble down towards the river, and the whole place is surrounded by vineyards. The setting is wonderful, and it is very easy to while away your days on the river beach, visiting the local vineyards, eating in the restaurants, canoeing/kayaking, and walking.
The village has a supermarket, post office, bakery, tabac, bar, 2 restaurants, a pizzeria, an excellent cave which is definitely worth a visit and a weekly market selling cheeses and meats.
During the summer months there is a canoe/kayaking service run from the riverbank, and a lovely child friendly swimming area in the river and pebbled/stone beach area. There are rock pools and mini rapids for the children to safely explore and play.
The bus service to the local town of St Chinian and city of Beziers is frequent.
SURROUNDING AREA
The surrounding area is equally stunning, with lots to do. There is canoeing, kayaking, fishing, walking, climbing, golf, horse riding and wine tasting on the doorstep, and the beaches of the Med are just 30 mins away. The city of Beziers is only 25 mins away by car/bus, and the thriving market town of St Chinian is 10 mins away with larger supermarket, cafes, banks, garage and a splendid twice weekly market selling local food produce, and handicrafts.
