Rent this recently converted winery with swimming pool, decorated and furnished to a very high standard, it offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for eight persons. La Cave is located in the hamlet of La Maniere, between the villages of Puisserguier and Cebazan, not far from Saint-Chinian.
Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, in the midst of vineyards and stunning countryside, with its own private garden and swimming pool, this is an ideal property for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
The house is entered from the drive at the side of the house into a lobby which leads into the main room on the ground floor.
This large L-shaped open plan room is divided into three areas -
-The salon with sofa and easy chairs, coffee table, telephone and TV (satellite)
-The dining area furnished with a large refectory style table and buffet
-The kitchen fully fitted and equipped with gas/electric cooker, electric fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Three French doors lead from this room onto a terrace and to the garden and the swimming pool. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, basin and washing machine, a separate WC, and a cloakroom.
Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor, where there is a living room on the galleried landing, with sofas and easy chairs. Off a lobby are two bedrooms, both with double beds, a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and double wash basin, and a separate WC.
On the third floor are two more bedrooms, both with two single beds, and a further bathroom, with shower, basin and separate WC.
All rooms are light and spacious and the house has full central heating, for added comfort during the winter months. There is a pool house adjacent to the swimming pool (8 x 4.5mt approx.); sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ allow you to make the most of outdoor living during the summer.

ABOUT SAINT CHINIAN
Saint Chinian, is nestled in the foothills between the Montagne Noire and the Cevennes, being almost equidistant from the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Haut Languedoc Regional Park.
Saint-Chinian is the focal point for the immediate surrounding area. Here you can find the twice weekly markets, five bars and restaurants, five bakers, four butchers, grocery shops and newsagents. There are also two banks with ATMs, and a larger supermarket with petrol station on the outskirts. Some of the other facilities available include tennis courts, two open-air swimming pools, cycle hire, hairdresser/barber, dry cleaner and doctors.
The Languedoc-Roussillon region is a haven for wine lovers, with Saint Chinian at the heart of the AOC region by the same name. There are a lot of other past-times to keep your interest and here are just a few: cycling along the Canal du Midi, canoeing down the river Orb, fishing in one of the many streams, stunning walks in all directions, swimming in the Mediterranean or painting the lovely scenery.

Saint Chinian is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding towns and villages, the countryside and sights of "the other south of France", making it perfect for a superb holiday at any time of the year.
ACCESS
International airports are within easy driving distance - Montpellier (60 mins), Carcassonne (60 mins), Toulouse (2 hours) and Barcelona (3.5 hours). There are railway stations at Beziers (25 mins) and Narbonne (40 mins) with TGV connections to Paris.
